HOW TO MEASURE
For the most accurate fit, lay your jacket flat on a smooth surface and fasten all zippers or buttons before taking measurements. Use a flexible measuring tape and compare your measurements with the size chart.
Note: Jacket length, sleeve length, and overall proportions may vary depending on the specific design and style of each jacket.
A. Chest
Measure straight across the chest from one underarm seam to the other. Double this measurement to determine the full chest circumference.
B. Waist Width
Measure straight across the narrowest part of the jacket at the waist. Double this measurement to determine the full waist circumference.
C. Hips / Bottom Width
Measure straight across the bottom hem from one side to the other. Double this measurement to determine the full bottom circumference.
D. Shoulder Width
Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
E. Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.
F. Back Length
Measure from the centre back neck seam straight down to the bottom hem.
Helpful Tips
- Lay the jacket completely flat without stretching the fabric.
- Use a soft measuring tape for the most accurate results.
- Compare these measurements with those of a similar jacket that fits you well.
- Slight variations of ±0.5–1 inch (±1–2 cm) may occur due to handcrafted production and normal manufacturing tolerances.
- If you are purchasing a shearling or faux fur-lined jacket, please note that these jackets are intentionally designed with additional ease to provide comfort and accommodate the thicker lining.
Size & Fit Information
The measurements provided in this size chart are garment measurements, not body measurements. Our jackets are designed with built-in wearing ease to ensure a comfortable fit over clothing.
Standard Leather Jackets are typically made with 4–6 inches (10–15 cm) of ease beyond your body measurements to provide a comfortable, tailored fit.
Shearling & Faux Fur-Lined Leather Jackets are made with approximately 8–10 inches (20–25 cm) of ease. This additional ease is necessary because the thicker lining requires an extra 3–4 inches (8–10 cm) of room for comfort, insulation, and unrestricted movement.
